We work on a 7,5,3,1 selection process:
Contractors per discipline will go through a detailed vetting prior to being able to tender for the project, this allows us to identify the contractor’s technical capabilities for the project
Contractors per discipline will go through the tender process with all contractors taking part in a mandatory site visit (subject to client’s authorization).
Contractors per discipline will be shortlisted for Tender Stage Interviews considering the quality of their tender submittal, detailed information, cost, schedule and technical ability.
Contractor per discipline awarded the project.
