Working closely with the Chromium Manufacturing & Process Improvement Director, along with the site leadership team, the project involved the management of the Corpus Christi and 3 LTP (Leather Tanning Products) sites in order to:
– Develop 5 year capital budgets
– Develop and oversee the mechanical integrity inspection programme
– Identify manufacturing areas for improvement to include growth and production improvement opportunities
– Delivery of various process improvement projects
– Complete various capital projects to worldwide best practice for Health, Safety and Environmental Protection
– Forecast and maintain cashflow to +/-10% on a monthly basis
– Attend and chair various project meetings, production improvement reviews including downtime reviews
– Work with the site teams to develop a Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and have all identified items added into the 5year capital plan
– Attend and Chair various Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reviews and report findings to senior management
