The CalaChem site at Grangemouth has a number of unused buildings, structures and various assets. This project involved developing detailed scope of works, tender packages and gathering supporting documentation/drawings/information for:
- Pre-Demolition Hazardous Insulation Materials Surveys
- Hazardous Material Removal
- Demolition
- Asset valuation Analysis
- Site Ground Investigation Surveys
- Ground Remediation
The locations were split into 14 different areas located around the site and the aim of this project was to allow CalaChem to fully understand the asset conditions and costs for carrying out each item. This would then allow them to make an informative decision of the future of each location on site.
The project also included overseeing the execution of the pre-demolition hazardous insulation materials and site ground investigation surveys.
