After ceasing main manufacturing operations on site, CalaChem switched their focus to becoming a site utilities and infrastructure provider to other chemical manufacturing companies. Appointed to execute asset management services for them in the short term. This involved developing scope of works and tender documents, identifying and vetting potential contractors, issuing documents for tender, and gathering quotes and overseeing the execution of projects. The project also involved carrying out various surveys on site including road condition and developing a 5-year capital plan for road maintenance.
The execution phase of these projects was carried out without any accidents or incidents and no disruption to CalaChem’s clients manufacturing activities.
